消息面上，贝壳此前发布业绩，第三季度公司实现GTV交易总额7368亿元，同比增长12%，环比下滑12%；营业收入226亿元，同比增长27%，环比下滑3%。利润端，第三季度公司实现经调整归母净利润18亿元，同比下滑17%，环比下滑34%；经调整归母净利率7.9%，毛利率23%，同环比均回落。
浙商证券表示，市场保持良好的价格修复趋势。该行认为，12月重点城市新房成交面积月环比保持正增长。综合重点城市新房和二手房市场趋势判断，我们认为贝壳四季度新房和二手房GTV和收入增速可能会超预期。
