花旗集团提拔了344位新董事总经理，是这家华尔街银行至少六年来最多的一次。

　　花旗的执行管理团队周四在一份给员工的备忘录中表示：“这是我们公司历史上最大规模的晋升董事总经理之一，再次反映了花旗以及我们所服务的同事、社区和客户的全球多样性。”

　　新晋董事总经理包括来自29个国家的员工，其中超过四分之一是女性。

　　该行表示去年提拔了304名新董事总经理，2022年331人，2021年306人，2020年和2019年分别是241人和220人。
