智通财经APP获悉，餐饮股多数走高，截至发稿，呷哺呷哺(00520)涨6.86%，报1.09港元；特海国际(09658)涨6.71%，报17.82港元；百胜中国(09987)涨4.06%，报379.6港元；海底捞(06862)涨3.37%，报15.94港元；九毛九(09922)涨2.99%，报3.45港元。
消息面上，近期全国多地发放消费券，其中广州市政府常务会议市议通过了“食在广州”政府消费券有关实施方案，计划发放1亿元“食在广州”政府消费券；上海将于12月份发放第三轮“乐品上海”餐饮消费券，共计3个批次，时间具体为12月7日、14日和28日。天风证券指出，餐饮消费券拉动效果直接、明显，有利于刺激餐饮行业的恢复。在行业竞争加剧的背景下龙头公司经营韧性更强，看好具备阿尔法、同店趋势改善、现金流充足的餐饮龙头公司。
此外，重磅会议预期持续升温。中信证券认为，会议将分析当前经济形势、定调2025年经济工作目标。预计会议对明年宏观政策的定调将延续积极态度，后续新一轮政策部署将明显提振市场信心。该行指，消费是明年扩内需的胜负手。预计超长期特别国债支持消费力度有望在今年1000-1500亿的水平上有所提升，或达到2000-3000亿元。
