傲基股份(02519.HK) 公布，全球发售的稳定价格期已于今日(5日)结束，华泰金融控股香港作为稳定价格操作人或代其行事的任何人士，于稳定价格期内超额分配国际发售中合共448.41万股H股，相当于任何超额配股权获行使前、全球发售项下初步可供认购发售股份总数的15%。
稳定价格操作人或代其行事的任何人士于稳定价格期内，亦在市场上以每股H股11.6元至14.88元的价格，连续购入共448.41万股H股。整体协调人代表国际包销商于稳定价格期间并无行使超额配股权，超额配股权已于今日失效，公司并无且将不会根据超额配股权发行H股。(gc/k)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
