智通财经APP讯，中州证券(01375)公布，安钢集团计划自《股份减持计划告知函》出具之日起 3 个交易日后的 3 个月内通过集中竞价交易方式减持公司股份数量不超过4642.88万股，即不超过公司总股本的 1%(若此期间公司有送股、资本公积金转增股本等股份变动事项，应对该数量进行相应调整)，减持价格根据减持实施时的市场价格确定。
