中信建投指出，餐饮公司年内效率总体承压，行业端年内注销餐企数量较多，价格竞争趋势有所加剧，加盟放开趋势加速。头部均更重视创新和精细化管理。出海大趋势逐步成型，关注当前部分餐饮板块龙头业绩和效率底部企稳反转机会。
浦银国际指出，尽管行业整体需求依然偏弱，但在消费券的帮助下，我们观察到餐饮行业短期(尤其是 11 月)的消费趋势环比有所好转，客流与翻台率边际改善。这至少意味着政府促消费的措施短期内对于餐饮行业是有效果的。展望2025年，在我国持续促消费、扩内需的大方向下，餐饮行业的整体表现有望继续触底反弹。
