于2024年12月6日，四方所与中车青岛科技园订立定制物业购买协议，据此，中车青岛科技园同意出售且四方所同意购买定制物业，代价人民币7.12亿元将全部使用四方所自有资金支付。
于2024年12月6日，四方股份与中车青岛科技园订立商品房买卖合同，据此，中车青岛科技园同意出售且四方股份同意购买商品房，代价人民币1.478亿元将全部使用四方股份自有资金支付。
于2024年12月6日，四方股份与中车青岛科技园订立车位使用权转让合同，据此，中车青岛科技园同意转让且四方股份同意受让车位使用权，代价人民币850万元将全部使用四方股份自有资金支付。
