【证券时报头版：夯实经济底盘 稳投资扩内需明年有望持续加力】金十数据12月6日讯，文章指出，内需是中国经济发展的基本动力。展望2025年，经济回升向好基础仍需巩固，外部环境不确定性上升，稳投资扩内需工作存在挑战，但更有机遇。“投资作为内需的重要构成，其中基建投资、制造业投资增长稳健，与重视消费和投资相互促进的良性循环政策思路密切相关。”中国社会科学院财经战略研究院研究员张德勇说，2025年是“十四五”规划收官之年，为实现圆满收官，投资或将作为一大着力点，实现经济发展质升量增。基建投资增速方面，“更加给力”的财政政策有望为基建投资带来更为充足的资金。民生银行首席经济学家温彬对记者表示，预计2025年基建投资增速回升至7%左右。农业转移人口市民化、高标准农田建设、地下管网建设、城市更新等领域将构成新的投资项目来源。
