Park Hotels & Resorts (PK) said Thursday that the consolidated joint venture that owns DoubleTree Hotel Spokane City Center in Washington sold the property for $35 million in gross proceeds.
The company said the sale proceeds will go toward the repayment of the $13.5 million mortgage on the property. Park Hotels' pro rata share of the remaining net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
So far this year, the company said it has sold or disposed of three hotels for about $76 million in gross proceeds.
Park Hotels shares were up 2% in recent trading.
