　　中创新航（03931）公布，于2024年12月6日，董事会已批准及议决向股东提呈以考虑并酌情批准向中国银行间市场交易商协会申请注册发行不超过人民币50亿元（含 50亿元）的债务融资工具，本次发行品种为中期票据。

　　董事认为通过本次债务融资工具发行，公司能够进一步拓宽融资渠道、优化债务融资结构。因此，董事认为本次债务融资工具发行有利于公司及股东全体利益。
