消息面上，华泰证券发布研报称，在国内两轮车市场，24年9月发布的两轮车新国标征求意见稿中提出，将使用铅蓄电池的整车重量限值由55kg放宽至63kg，从而可以提升铅酸电池车型的单车带电量，提升续航里程，利好铅酸电池应用。随着年底或明年年初新国标正式落地，叠加国家以旧换新补贴政策，将带动铅酸电池需求增长，天能股份作为龙头企业，有望充分受益。
中金此前指出，展望2H24，在地方“以旧换新”政策补贴刺激，以及新国标预期发布后、缓解经销商观望情绪，我们预期电动两轮车需求有望回暖、带动公司出货增长；同时，公司5月后逐步开始调价、3Q24开始将充分体现，叠加近期铅价有所回落，我们预期公司铅蓄电池毛利率将迎来修复。
