智通财经APP获悉，花旗发布研究报告称，中国建材(03323)及旗下公司中国巨石(600176.SH)早前股价上升，中国建材在母公司和子公司层面同时采取行动，表明其对股东价值管理的承诺，认为相关影响正面，维持上述公司“买入”评级。
报告中称，中国建材早前公布，提出附带先决条件现金要约，按每股H股4.03港元回购最多约8.41亿股H股。该行认为，玻璃纤维行业已走出低谷，盈利能力随着第四季度价格复苏而改善，中国建材计划增持中国巨石股份也彰显股东对行业复苏的信心。
