　　粤海投资（00270）盘中涨超4%，该股昨日收涨超8%。截至发稿，股价上涨3.19%，现报5.83港元，成交额9181.97万港元。

　　12月9日，粤海投资公告建议以实物分派粤海置地股份的方式宣派特别股息。

　　美银证券表示，将粤海投资2025及2026财年的盈利预测上调21%与11%，目标价由5.2港元上调至6.2港元，重申“买入”评级，估计于处置粤海置地后，公司2025财年的每股盈利及每股派息将增长39%，且随着减值风险的消除，将有更多的重评机会，另称预测2025财年股息率达8.4%具吸引力。
