大唐新能源重续与大唐集团框架协议及保理业务协议
财中社12月11日电大唐新能源（01798）发布公告，宣布与大唐集团重续框架协议及保理业务合作协议。根据公告内容，双方于2024年12月10日签署了新的框架协议，协议有效期自2025年1月1日起至2027年12月31日止，旨在互相提供协议产品及服务。大唐集团直接及间接持有本公司约65.61%的已发行股本，属于公司的关联人士，因此相关交易构成持续关联交易。
根据公告，框架协议下的供应交易最高适用百分比率超过0.1%但低于5%，因此需要遵守申报及公告的规定，而采购交易的最高适用百分比率超过5%，则需遵守更严格的审核和独立股东批准的要求。同时，保理业务合作协议也于同日重续，协议有效期自2025年1月1日起至2026年12月31日止，内容包括大唐保理公司将向本集团提供每年度总金额不超过60亿元的保理业务支持。
