智通财经APP获悉，复星国际(00656)早盘涨近7%，截至发稿，涨6.32%，报4.71港元，成交额3813.07万港元。
消息面上，复星旅游文化发布公告称，建议以协议安排方式回购公司股份，每股现金价7.8港元，较停牌前收报溢价95%，涉资约21.22亿港元，拟透过内部现金资源及/或对外债务融资拨付。计划生效后，复星国际及复星控股将分别持有公司约98.44%及1.56%权益，公司股份于联交所的上市地位将被撤销。
公司表示，此次私有化提案是基于复星旅文长期发展战略所做出的关键决策，私有化完成后，复星旅文将继续维持现有业务的正常运营，目前没有计划在私有化完成后对公司整体经营进行重大调整，员工的聘用和福利待遇亦将保持不变。
