久期财经讯，12月10日，大华银行有限公司(简称“大华银行”，U11.SG)签署协议，将其持有的ORIX Leasing Singapore Limited(简称“OLS”)20%股权，即600,000股普通股(“股份”)，以现金约1700万美元的对价出售给ORIX Corporation。此对价基于OLS截至2024年10月31日未经审计的账面价值的0.72倍计算，最终对价将在交易完成后根据OLS截至2024年12月31日的未经审计账面价值进行调整(以下简称“出售”)。该对价是基于买卖双方自愿的基础上达成的。截至2024年10月31日，所述股份的账面价值为2300万美元。出售完成后，OLS将不再是大华银行的联营公司。
