Venture (SGX:V03) repurchased 49,800 shares on Tuesday at SG$12.93 each, totaling SG$644,691, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The shares were canceled, leaving no treasury shares. To date, the company has repurchased 1.1 million shares, or 0.38% of its issued shares, under its buyback mandate.
