阳光保险与阳光资管签新投资管理协议
财中社12月12日电阳光保险（06963）发布公告，宣布与阳光资管签订新委托投资管理服务框架协议，协议有效期为2025年1月1日至2027年12月31日。此协议的签订是由于原委托投资管理服务框架协议即将于2024年12月31日到期。根据新协议，阳光资管将继续管理部分投资资产，并提供投资咨询服务。
根据公告，阳光资管为公司的非全资附属公司，双方的交易构成持续关联交易。新协议下的年度上限适用百分比率高于0.1%但低于5%，因此需遵守香港上市规则的相关申报及审阅规定。预计在2025至2027年三年内，公司将向阳光资管支付的投资管理服务相关费用年度上限分别为10.66亿元、13.1亿元和14.36亿元。过去两年及2024年前九个月，公司向阳光资管支付的相关费用分别为8.21亿元、6.78亿元和5.43亿元。
