滇池水务(03768.HK) 公布，收到云南云投融资租赁《云南云投融资租赁有限公司关于以物抵债获取昆明滇池水务股份有限公司2.13亿股股票的告知函》及随附的《云南省昆明市西山区人民法院执行裁定书》。
法院裁定昆明滇池投资名下持有的公司股份约2.13亿股(约占公司股份总额的20.73%)交付申请人云投融资租赁抵偿其申请执行的款项。上述股权所有权自执行裁定书送达申请人云投融资租赁时起转移。申请人云投融资租赁可持执行裁定书到财产管理机构办理相关产权过户登记手续。
滇池水务指，上述股份划转完成后，昆明滇池投资持有的公司股份数将减少至4.47亿股(约占公司股份总额的43.42%)，仍为公司控股股东，其所持有的公司剩余所有股份均受质押/司法冻结。(ha/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
