金阳新能源全资附属公司签署9亿元EPC合同，并计划出售附属公司100%股权
财中社12月10日电金阳新能源（01121）发布公告，宣布其全资附属公司尚义县金阳新能源科技有限公司已与中国水利水电第四工程局有限公司签订EPC合同，涉及在河北省张家口尚义县建设一个200,000千瓦的光伏太阳能电池电站。该项目的合同金额约为9亿元。合同规定，目标公司在所有权变更前对EPC公司并无付款责任，相关责任将由新股东接管。
此外，公司与北京京能清洁能源电力股份有限公司北京分公司签署了一份意向书，计划出售其在目标公司的100%股权，预计总代价约为100万元。意向书的签署将为公司的光伏产品开辟新销售渠道，并提升未来收入。尽管意向书已签署，最终交易仍需正式买卖协议的确认，且未必会落实。
