Apollo, Workday Rally on S&P 500 Inclusion -- WSJ

Shares of Apollo Global Management and Workday rose in morning trading after news that the stocks will join the S&P 500.

S&P Dow Jones Indices said Friday that it will add Apollo and Workday to the large-cap stock index before the market opens on Dec. 23.

The two stocks will replace Qorvo and Amentum Holdings, which will move to the S&P SmallCap 600 index.
