消息面上，近期，深圳市政府宣布对电动自行车以旧换新补贴政策进行重大调整，旨在扩大活动覆盖范围并简化消费者申请流程。长江证券指出，2024年电动两轮车销量明显增长。截至2024年9月23日，我国电动两轮车年销售量已突破5400万辆大关。长江证券研究预计，2024年全年销量或将超过7000万辆。海通证券指出，目前雅迪、爱玛多厂进入电动自行车企业白名单，监管背书意义较大。且头部品牌知名度更高、资金优势更强，此次以旧换新有望充分受益。
中信建投证券指出，伴随4月以来的系列政策发布，2024年两轮车板块即进入了政策预期与现实基本面交织影响股价的阶段。进入2025年，在行业性政策变化与标准切换的大背景下，这一特征大概率仍会延续。因而，基于现有政策框架去合理推演明年行业基本面现实与市场预期的变化节奏将变得尤为重要。整体来看，明年两轮车行业“老”产品决定基本面，“新”产品本身将决定市场预期，上半年或许是一个强现实和高预期相结合的较好时点，标的选择上传统龙头仍是首选。
