成都高速拟签崇州段征地协议 总补偿价8.11亿元
财中社12月12日电成都高速（01785）发布关于成温邛高速扩容项目崇州段征地拆迁协议的公告。公司拟与崇州市人民政府签订该协议，旨在推进成温邛高速扩容工程的征地安排。根据公告，崇州段征地拆迁协议的总补偿金额预计为8.11亿元，最终金额将依据实际征地情况和相关政府部门的补偿标准进行结算。
此外，若协议签署时的适用百分比率超过25%但低于100%，则该交易将构成公司的主要交易，需遵循上市规则的相关规定。至公告日，崇州段征地拆迁协议尚未完成签署，预计将于2025年1月6日或之前向股东发送相关通函。公司表示，此次扩容项目的实施将有效提升公司的资产规模和可持续发展能力。
