　　时代电气发布公告，为加强公司资本市场价值管理，响应股东要求，公司于2024年12月6日召开的第七届董事会第十四次会议，审议通过了有关议案，同意公司在股份回购授权内以自有资金回购不超过5426.32万股H股（即分别于股东周年大会及类别股东大会通过时已发行H股总数10%的H股股份）（股份回购），回购价格不超过每股人民币31.38元（相对应的港币金额），且不得达到或超过H股实际回购日前5个交易日平均收市价格的105%，回购金额不高于人民币17.02亿元（相对应的港币金额，不含交易费用）。
