消息面上，碧桂园服务近日完成了对珠海万达股份的出售，共获得37.91亿元。这笔交易分为两次进行，9月25日，碧桂园服务以31.42亿元出售了其持有的珠海万达1.49%的股权；10月29日，以6.49亿元出售了0.31%的股份。目前，万达已支付了所有款项，这意味着碧桂园服务已完全退出珠海万达的股东行列。
里昂发表研究报告指，碧桂园服务近期出售38亿元人民币资产，预计进一步加强公司的净现金状况，以及为近期公布的回购和激励计划带来支撑。该行相信关连企业的潜在债务重组，可为公司业务展望及盈利提供更佳可见度。该行下调碧服今明两年盈利预测分别37.9%及45.3%，以反映较弱的基本面；但由于总回报料达4%，将评级由“跑输大市”升至“持有”。
