　　花旗发布研究报告称，因粤海投资（00270）宣派12.62亿股粤海置地（00124）股份作为股东特别息，故该行将粤海投资的评级由“中性”升至“买入”，并上调目标价25%，由4.8港元升至6港元。

　　该行表示，看好上述此举，因相信该交易将会使粤海投资的盈利可见度有所改善、集团财务状况亦将因资产负债比率降低而改善。同时，花旗认为，粤海投资2025年的收益率为7.6%，为香港公用股最高，甚具吸引力。
