智通财经APP获悉，时代电气(03898)昨日飙升逾9%，今日早盘高开后快速回落，尾盘跌幅扩大逾4%。截至发稿，跌4.38%，报29.5港元，成交额1.46亿港元。
消息面上，时代电气公布，为加强资本市场价值管理，响应股东要求，拟根据股份回购授权回购H股，回购金额不高于17.02亿元人民币。该集团指，在股份回购授权以自有资金回购不超过约5426.32万股H股，即已发行H股总数10%。完成回购后，将择机注销回购的H股股份，并将相应减少注册资本。
值得注意的是，天眼查App显示，近日，株洲中车时代半导体有限公司发生工商变更，新增国家集成电路产业投资基金二期股份有限公司、中信证券投资有限公司、中国华电集团产融控股有限公司、哈铁科技、北京国能新能源产业投资基金（有限合伙）等为股东，注册资本由45.68亿人民币增至约56.48亿人民币，同时，部分主要人员也发生变更。
