FireFly Metals (ASX:FFM) secured conditional approval to list on the main board of the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), in addition to its primary Australian Securities Exchange listing, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company anticipates the listing on Dec. 16 under the ticker FFM, the filing said.
The main board TSX listing is a compliance listing only and will not be accompanied by a capital raise, according to the filing.
