　　复星旅游文化（01992）复牌高开逾83%，截至发稿，股价上涨77.50%，现报7.10港元，成交额4847.68万港元。

　　复星旅游文化发布公告称，建议以协议安排方式回购公司股份，每股现金价7.8港元，较停牌前收报溢价95%，涉资约21.22亿港元，拟透过内部现金资源及/或对外债务融资拨付。计划生效后，复星国际及复星控股将分别持有公司约98.44%及1.56%权益，公司股份于联交所的上市地位将被撤销。
