金吾财讯 | 基石药业(02616)公布，公司将在第66届美国血液学会(ASH)年会上公布管线2.0重磅产品CS5001(ROR1ADC)针对淋巴瘤的最新临床数据。据悉，1)CS5001是目前已知首个在实体瘤和淋巴瘤中均观察到临床疗效的ROR1ADC。本次ASH年会的公布突出了CS5001作为单药治疗晚期淋巴瘤的最新安全性和疗效数据。2)CS5001在多线经治的晚期B细胞淋巴瘤患者中表现出良好的耐受性，截至目前在10个剂量组中未报告有剂量限制性毒性。3)无论ROR1表达水平如何，从有效剂量开始，CS5001在晚期霍奇金淋巴瘤(HL)中的客观缓解率(ORR)达到60.0%，在非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)中ORR为56.3%。在初步选定的II期推荐剂量(RP2D)水平：剂量水平(DL)8(125μg/kg)的晚期B细胞淋巴瘤患者中，ORR更是达到了76.9%(其中3例可评估的HL均达到完全或部分缓解，NHL的ORR为70.0%)。
