路透12月10日 - 标普全球评级公司（S&P Global Ratings）周二将芯片制造商英特尔公司 的信用评级从 "BBB+"下调至 "BBB"，原因是该公司业务复苏缓慢，管理层变动后存在不确定性。
标普全球表示，这家芯片制造商今年前九个月的营收同比基本持平，为388.4亿美元，低于评级机构的预期。
