智通财经APP讯，和誉-B(02256)发布公告，公司附属和誉医药宣布已完成“一项评估ABSK043联合伏美替尼治疗 EGFR突变阳性的局部晚期或转移性非小细胞肺癌患者的有效性和安全性的II期开放性临床研究(方案编号：ABSK043-202)”的首例患者给药。ABSK043是由和誉医药自主研发的一款口服生物利用度好、高选择性、高活性的小分子PD-L1 抑制剂，目前正在开发用于治疗多种恶性肿瘤。伏美替尼是上海艾力斯医药科技股份有限公司自主研发的1 类新药，为新型的第三代不可逆、选择性的EGFR-TKI靶向药。ABSK043和伏美替尼的联合治疗，有望为EGFR突变的晚期肺癌患者带来更好的临床抗肿瘤疗效。
