财中社12月10日电归创通桥-B（02190）发布公告，2024年12月10日公司进行了股份回购。根据公告，截止至2024年12月9日，公司已发行股份总数为3.19亿股，12月10日回购股份数量为5万股，回购均价为11.3896港元，回购金额总计为57万港元；此次股份回购占公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）的0.0153%。
根据回购授权，公司可回购的股份总数为3224万股，至今已回购335万股，回购股份占回购授权决议通过当日已发行股份的比例为1.0077%。
