消息面上，11月27日，人民银行公布《推动数字金融高质量发展行动方案》。该方案由人民银行等七部门联合印发。根据《方案》，到2027年底，基本建成与数字经济发展高度适应的金融体系。《方案》提出，要系统推进金融机构数字化转型，运用数字技术提升重点领域金融服务质效，夯实数字金融发展基础，完善数字金融治理体系。
中信建投指出，公司深耕客户经营，直接融资业务交易量实现逆势增长，收益及毛利改善明显。展望未来，一方面伴随稳增长政策的出台宏观经济或将有望迎来企稳复苏，未来交易量有望逐步恢复；另一方面，公司持续采取措施加强费用控制并提升业务审核标准，预计公司下半年业绩有望实现优化。
