Chemours (CC) said Tuesday that the PCC Group plans to build and operate a chlor-alkali facility at the chemical company's titanium dioxide plant in DeLisle, Mississippi.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The two parties have also reached a chlorine supply agreement, with construction slated to start in early 2026 and the plant expected to be operational in 2028, Chemours said.
