智通财经APP获悉，根据中原按揭研究部及土地注册处数字显示，2024年11月份香港银行安老按揭登记有24宗，环比上月减少52%。自安老按揭计划推出以来，中银香港(02388)一直参与度极高，11月份的24宗登记全数由中银香港承造。
综合今年首11个月数字，录398宗安老按揭登记，对比去年同期增29.6%，并已超越2023年全年数字346宗。今年首11个月安老按揭登记中，中银香港录得391宗安老按揭登记，同比增29.5%，市占率达98.2%占榜首。期内上海商银排名第二，期内有5宗安老按揭登记，同比增加66.7%，巿占率增至1.3%。东亚银行(00023)列第三，有2宗登记，同比增加100%，市占率0.5%。
根据香港按证保险公司统计数字，2024年11月份有99宗安老按揭申请，月环比增加25.3%，但较去年同期110宗却减少10%；综合首11个月累积958宗安老按揭申请，对比去年同期704宗增加36.1%。
