王国贤先生已辞任审核委员会主席，梁蕴旭女士及王惠敏先生各自已辞任审核委员会成员;崔艳女士已获委任为审核委员会主席，蔡思韬先生及张辰先生各自已获委任为审核委员会成员。
梁蕴旭女士已辞任薪酬委员会主席，庞博先生及王惠敏先生各自已辞任薪酬委员会成员;张辰先生已获委任为薪酬委员会主席，李猛先生及崔艳女士各自已获委任为薪酬委员会成员。
庞博先生已辞任提名委员会主席，梁蕴旭女士及王国贤先生各自已辞任提名委员会成员;李猛先生已获委任为提名委员会主席，蔡思韬先生、张辰先生及崔艳女士各自已获委任为提名委员会成员。
庞博先生不再担任公司其中一名联席公司秘书及上市规则第3.05条项下的公司其中一名授权代表。
于作出上述变动后，另一名联席公司秘书梁君慧女士符合上市规则第3.28条项下规定的公司秘书资格要求，将继续留任并出任公司唯一的公司秘书;李猛先生已根据上市规则第3.05条获委任为公司其中一名授权代表。
