智通财经APP讯，百利达集团控股(08179)公布，于2024年12月9日，该公司全资附属Arrow Vision Limited拟向Fruity Wine Trading Company Limited出售Rainbow Fountain International Limited100%全部已发行股本，代价为4998万港元。预期该集团将从出售事项取得约650万港元的账面值收益。
据悉，目标公司为一间投资控股公司，其全资附属公司为Rainbow Fountain。 Rainbow Fountain主要从事为酒庄业务供应自行种植的葡萄，并于西澳玛格丽特河地区拥有一个葡萄园，总面积约80公顷，种植面值约50.4公顷。
