　　阅文集团（00772）公布，董事会已批准一项计划，以行使公司股东于公司于2024年6月3日举行的股东周年大会上向董事会授出的一般授权项下的权力，以回购公司股份，据此股东批准在市场上回购不超过于股东周年大会当日占公司已发行股份10%股份的回购授权。

　　根据回购授权最多可回购的股份总额为不超过102，591，286股股份，拟使用的最高资金总额为12亿港元。

　　董事会相信在市场上买卖的股份价值被低估。董事会亦相信公司现有的财务资源可让其执行建议股份回购计划，同时亦能保持公司在良好的财务状况下持续经营。建议股份回购计划更反映了董事会对公司前景有信心。
