Memphasys (ASX:MEM)

The biotechnology company signed a letter of intent with Heranova Lifesciences HK to launch and distribute the company's Felix System, a proprietary sperm separation technology for assisted reproductive treatments, in the Greater China area.

Sarama Resources (ASX:SRR)

Sarama Resources initiated arbitration proceedings against the State of Burkina Faso over the expropriation of its Sanutura project. The company seeks full compensation for losses and damages resulting from certain government acts and omissions.

IXUP (ASX:IXU)

The technology company said it is considering a rebranding initiative, including a potential change of its name, and a consolidation of its share capital.

Galilee Energy (ASX:GLL)

Galilee Energy and Vintage Energy (ASX:VEN) agreed to terminate the scheme implementation deed related to the proposed acquisition of all shares in Galilee's capital. The termination followed discussions between the companies, which revealed that the original scheme was no longer in the best interests of Galilee and Vintage shareholders.

Patriot Lithium (ASX:PAT)

Patriot Lithium terminated an option agreement with Newlight Nominees Zambia to acquire a 90% stake in the Kitumba Copper Large Scale Exploration License 27715, following consultation with the ASX. The company will incur a $25,000 fee for terminating the agreement.
