E-Commodities Buys Back Shares

E-Commodities (HKG:1733) bought back 3,306,000 shares for nearly HK$4.4 million, or at the highest and lowest price of HK$1.34 and HK$1.30 apiece, respectively, a Monday bourse filing said.

The shares represent approximately 0.1226% of the company's issued share capital.

To date, the coal trader has repurchased 4,936,000 shares from the open market under its repurchase mandate.
