智通财经APP讯，宁德时代(300750.SZ)公告，为进一步深化公司与Stellantis N.V.(简称“Stellantis”)的长期战略合作关系，支持其电动汽车生产和电气化战略目标，宁德时代及其旗下子公司与Stellantis旗下子公司等四方主体于2024年12月10日签署了一份合资协议，宁德时代与Stellantis拟共同在西班牙出资成立合资公司，双方各持股50%，并以合资公司为主体在西班牙阿拉贡自治区萨拉戈萨市兴建合资电池工厂，该电池工厂预计总投资规模为40.38亿欧元。
据悉，Stellantis是全球领先的汽车制造商之一，为美国纽约证券交易所(代码：STLA)、法国巴黎泛欧证券交易所(代码：STLAP)及意大利米兰泛欧证券交易所(代码：STLAM)三地上市公司，总部位于荷兰阿姆斯特丹，旗下拥有标致、雪铁龙、Jeep、阿尔法·罗密欧、玛莎拉蒂等众多知名的汽车品牌。Stellantis拟通过其旗下子公司Stellantis Auto SAS(以下称为“STLA法国”)及Stellantis Espana, S.L(以下称为“STLA西班牙”)为本次合资项目的投资主体。
