今年11月起，国家市场监管总局等多部门联合发布的多项电动自行车“新国标”正式落地实施。汇丰认为，随着新国家标准的实施，两轮车企业的 “以旧换新” 补贴政策在2025年有望加速落地，推动销量回升。同时，更严格的监管可能会使市场集中度进一步提高。
国泰君安指出，11月1日起新3C认证标准实施，目前小品牌通过认证节奏较慢，部门小品牌终端出现缺货的情况，经销商亦开始向SKU认证储备充足的头部品牌切换，行业供给侧改革加速。此外10月中下旬起补贴流程优化，要求逐步放宽。该行指出，新国标预计将在年底前正式发布，有望推动份额集中及单车ASP提升。
