智通财经APP讯，江西铜业股份(00358)发布公告，公司于2024年12月12日收到公司控股股东江西铜业集团有限公司(“江铜集团”)通知，江铜集团增持公司H股股份(“H股”)71.4万股，约占公司已发行总股本的0.02%(“本次增持”)。
本次增持后，江铜集团拟继续增持H股(“后续增持计划”)。
(一)增持股份的目的：基于对公司价值的认可及未来持续稳定发展的信心，向市场传递积极信息，提振投资者信心。
(二)后续拟增持股份的种类：无限售流通股H股。
(三)后续拟增持股份的数量：累计增持H股数量(含本次增持的H股)不低于3462.73万股H股(约占公司已发行总股本的1%)但不超过6925.46万股H股(约占公司已发行总股本的2%)。
(四)后续增持计划的实施期限：综合考虑市场波动、资金安排等因素，后续增持计划的实施期限为自本公告之日起6个月内，将根据资本市场整体趋势安排执行(如遇公司股票因筹划重大事项连续停牌10个交易日以上的，后续增持计划将在公司股票复牌后顺延实施)。
(五)后续增持计划的资金安排：后续增持计划的资金来源为江铜集团自有资金。
