智通财经APP获悉，京东物流(02618)尾盘涨近3%，截至发稿，涨2.23%，报14.68港元，成交额1.6亿港元。
消息面上，京东物流发布公告，于2024年12月6日，宿迁京东博海企业管理有限公司拟向卖方收购跨越速运合共约36.43%的股本权益，总对价不超过约人民币64.84亿元，可根据股权转让协议所载规定予以调整。截至本公告日期，目标公司为买方的非全资子公司，并由买方持有约63.57%权益。第三期交割后，该集团将持有目标公司100%的股本权益。
公告称，该集团为中国领先的技术驱动的供应链解决方案及物流服务商，而目标公司为中国现代综合速运企业，专门从事零担运输业务。该集团于2020年收购目标公司的控制性权益，以期进一步扩大集团现有的快运业务，加强集团的供应链解决方案及物流服务能力，并增加集团特别是于航空货运方面的客户群。该收购符合集团长期增长、生产力及盈利能力的整体策略。
