观点网讯：12月12日晚间，英诺赛科（苏州）科技股份有限公司日前通过上市聆讯，并披露聆讯后资料集。

据悉，截至2024年上半年，英诺赛科仍处亏损状态。招股书显示，英诺赛科2021年、2022年、2023年和2024年上半年营收分别为6821.5万元、1.36亿元、5.93亿元和3.86亿元；毛亏损分别为1.82亿、3.94亿、3.62亿元和8324万元；期内亏损分别为34亿元、22亿元、11亿元和4.88亿元。

对于业绩亏损的原因，英诺赛科解释称，主要是由于生产设备在实现规模经济前大幅折旧、确认的大额研发开支以及不断增加的销售及营销开支。

2021年、2022年和2023年，该公司的研发开支分别占经营开支的76.1%、68.4%及50.8%。
