MONGOL MINING(00975.HK) 公布，今日(11日)与独立第三方及Talst Investment LLC订立证券购买协议。据悉，MONGOL MINING同意购买Universal Copper LLC已发行及流通股本的50.5%，总现金代价为2,050万美元。
公告指，Universal Copper LLC主要从事铜及其他有色金属的勘探，并持有三份矿产开采特别许可证。该等许可证分别由蒙古国矿产资源和石油管理局于2012年7月30日、2014年7月17日及2018年1月30日颁发。根据蒙古国矿产法，矿产开采特别许可证的有效期为30年，可续期两次，每次为期20年。(js/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2024-12-11 16:25。)
