Marriott International (MAR) said Thursday it expanded its outdoor-focused lodging offerings through two deals.
The company said it had acquired the Postcard Cabins brand and entered into a long-term agreement with Trailborn.
The acquisition would be designed to expand Marriott Bonvoy's portfolio by adding alternative accommodations such as tiny homes and cabins in nature-forward destinations, the company said.
It added that the move caters to the growing demand for outdoor experiences, allowing guests to enjoy nature-based adventures while enjoying comfort and convenience.
