PGF Capital (KLSE:PGF), through its indirect joint venture company Nexel Development KHTP, agreed to acquire two parcels of freehold land for 12.7 million ringgit from Kulim Technology Park.
The land parcels, spanning 9.608 acres, are located in Kedah, Malaysia, according to a Tuesday Malaysian bourse filing.
The company plans to build a mixed-use development on the land, it noted.
