智通财经APP讯，北京汽车(01958)公布，于2024年12月11日，北汽投(公司非全资附属公司)与现代汽车订立该协议，据此，北汽投及现代汽车同意根据彼等各自于北京现代(由北汽投与现代汽车各持股50%的合营企业)注册资本的权益比例共同向北京现代注资约10.95亿美元，双方分别注资约5.48亿美元。注资将分期进行。于注资完成后，北京现代的注册资本将增至约40.74亿美元，北京现代仍将由北汽投及现代汽车分别拥有50%，并将继续作为公司合营企业入账。
北京现代是中韩合资企业，自2002年成立以来，共投产42款车型，累计销量突破1,200万辆，具有完善的运营体系和深厚的市场基础。基于“在中国为全球”发展战略，北京现代将通过自身体系能力优势、股东新能源技术加持和资源优势，快速实现新能源化、智能化转型，推出更多满足中国消费者需求的产品;在国际市场，持续扩大出口规模。
本次向北京现代增资，符合公司自主品牌和合资品牌协同发展战略。通过双方股东共同增资，有利于支持北京现代短期保持资本稳定，中长期通过新技术和产品投资实现转型发展战略落地。
此外，现代汽车是世界全球知名汽车公司之一，具有较高的市场地位和市场影响力，其将推动电动化、高性能、氢能、未来移动出行等多领域的全面布局。本次北汽投和现代汽车共同向北京现代增资将进一步深化公司与现代汽车的合作，从而进一步促进北京现代和公司的中长期发展。
